Dance Team

The Northern Stars is a team of dancers for Ohio Northern University that was established in 1995.  Each of the girls are dedicated student-athletes with a love for dance.  The team performs around campus at various athletic events, primarily Men's and Women's basketball games, as well as other campus activities.  The team participates each year in multiple events that either promote the team or showcase their dance ability.

Joelle Farano is a third year Pharmacy major and Dance minor. She was the 2011-2012 Northern Stars Dancer of the Year, and is a co-captain for the 2013-2014 season. This is her third year on the team. (Not pictured)

Liza Benedict is a fourth year Pharmacy major and Dance and Chemistry minor. She is a co-captain for the 2013-2014 season.  This is her second year on the team.

Katie Elsass is a third year Pharmacy major. Katie was named Dancer of the Year for the 2012-2013 season.  This is her third year on the team.
