The members of Iota Chapter of Phi Sigma Rho are Ohio Northern University are friendly, bright, and compassionate women who are joined by the lifelong bonds of sisterhood.  As we hold to our traditions, we strive each day to live our values of high social and academic standards as we strive towards degrees in engineering, math and sciences.

Meet a Phi Rho and you'll find a caring, intelligent young woman who balances her studies as well as her social calendar.  She is eager to tell you why she loves Phi Rho and how much this sisterhood means to her.

Phi Sigma Rho is a social sorority for women in technical studies serving our sisters and the community by promoting:
High standards of personal integrity, respect, and character,
Lifelong bonds of sisterhood, and
Academic and professional excellence with a social balance
Through shared experiences, common bonds, and recognition of service and achievement.
The Iota chapter of Phi Sigma Rho was founded at Ohio Northern in 2001. The sorority started with 10 founding sisters and has grown since then; currently there are almost 30 active sisters.
Service projects and philanthropic projects benefit The American Cancer Society.
