Thursday, October 1st, 2009 at 7-8 pm in the Dicke Hall Forum
OR
Monday, October 5th, 2009 at 8-9 pm in the Dicke Hall Forum

Application due: Friday, October 9th, 2008 by 3 pm.
Finance Committee Recommendation: Friday, October 16th, 2009

1st Round of Appropriations
Accept or Appeal by Monday, October 19th
GA 1st Round Voting is Wednesday, October 21st

Welcome Fest is a part of the New Student Fall Orientation. It offers students the opportunity to see the many and exciting student organizations and area businesses available to them while they are attending Ohio Northern University! By participating in Welcome Fest, you have the potential to reach 700-800 new students!

Location: Ohio Northern University – King-Horn Sports Center

Deadline for Registration: Wednesday May 20th, 2009

Campus Organization Leaders,

Any organization who did not attend one of the two mandatory informational meetings is required to fill out this form and turn it in to Student Senate immediately, to be potentially eligible for BA this Fall.

One must review the Power Point presentation from that day and fully read and sign the provided form. Once received, the Secretary of Finance, Shaili Patel, will contact you letting you know what way your organization may be eligible for the BA process.

Budget Appropriations 2008-2009 are now available on the Student Senate website.
