Campus Organization Leaders,

Any organization who did not attend one of the two mandatory informational meetings is required to fill out this form and turn it in to Student Senate immediately, to be potentially eligible for BA this Fall.

One must review the Power Point presentation from that day and fully read and sign the provided form. Once received, the Secretary of Finance, Shaili Patel, will contact you letting you know what way your organization may be eligible for the BA process.
